All the professional courses these days include Role Plays to motivate learners about verbal, nonverbal communication leading to professionalism. The concept of Transactional Analysis can be attached to Role Play. This paper is an attempt to discuss the application of Transactional Analysis in stimulating Role Play from a make belief set- up of practice to real life situation. This application is applied to the higher level of learning to establish healthy interpersonal relationship between teacher and student interaction in day to day social and professional situation.
